About Elves and Angels
Elves and Angels is a family owned and operated business, and all of our products are handcrafted here on our farm in northern Maine. Our company began in 1988, although as parents of a large family, we have been making toys for our own children for over 30 years.
We have twelve children, and many work in our business. Our older children have now married and moved on, but most all have worked in our business at one time or another. I am a fourth generation cabinetmaker, and have worked with wood all my life. We believe that the things children are surrounded by have an impact on how they grow and are formed. We are committed to making the very highest quality products available anywhere. We hope children will perceive in our products a sense of beauty, and the love of a job well done.

| This little log Church was built two years ago for our daughter Priscilla's wedding. It was made from trees off our own land, and was built in 5 weeks time, start to finish. It was designed and handcrafted by David Smalley with the help of our 15 year old son, Jacob. Our son in law helped them get the roof on, so it could be ready in time for the wedding. The children gathered moss from the woods and did the chinking. |
